Jasmine of the Spring

My visit to Chapel Hill , NC to meet myself in portrait form .

Seeing myself in multiple dimensions as I type this . It’s interesting .

I am so grateful that Cassandra Klos [international photographer from New England] , invited me to Chapel Hill for her amazing Exhibition at Cassilhaus .

Cassandra is an MFA Candidate at Duke University’s Experimental & Documentary Arts Program . By No Other Name was the title of the exhibition and on her journey through southern mystics , tours through Louisiana , Squatching through North Carolina for Big Foot , finding a coven , & also finding me Jasmine of the Spring …

We had to reconnect to continue the adventure .

From God’s Acres Healing Springs in Blackville , SC to the Triangle I was able to sit down and interview Cassandra , getting to know how the impact of COVID-19 affected her exhibition , what lead her on her journey & also future plans after receiving her Masters Degree from Duke University .

It was such a surreal feeling . I am grateful to have been welcomed into Cassilhaus.
